Our client needed to fill 30 roles across a range of job families and levels, including professional and academic positions. And they needed to fill them fast, with just four weeks to go live. Which made PeopleScout the obvious choice.
Against the backdrop of several challenges, from their aggressive 2022 growth strategy in line with their four-year plan, to the inability of their in-house team to support this volume of recruitment, we managed to secure the contract.


The solution
We did what we do best – deliver. Our senior recruiters immediately embedded themselves as an extension of the client’s in‑house team: optimising, managing and elevating their entire recruitment process. Over the four-month engagement, we
took full ownership of each role from briefing through to verbal offer acceptance, supported by a targeted sourcing and attraction plan designed for every vacancy.

Acting as brand ambassadors, we refined and streamlined the client’s recruitment journey from attraction to offer. Our blend of insight and expertise ensured every role was positioned effectively, progressed efficiently and benefited from a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.

As a new client, they needed support navigating best practice in recruitment and market expectations. We coached hiring teams across the organisation: strengthening understanding of talent dynamics and reinforcing the importance of close collaboration throughout the hiring process.
Targeted attraction and content
To boost visibility in a competitive market, we crafted copy that clicks and advised on the most impactful supplementary media. We also activated a dedicated social media attraction campaign with one clear goal: making the client’s brand stand out and draw in the right talent.
Insight-driven decision-making
Throughout the project, we gathered market insights, candidate feedback and hiring metrics, transforming them into bespoke dashboards that informed faster, smarter decisions. Combined with regular reporting and direct passive-candidate sourcing, this data-rich approach strengthened pipelines and elevated the client’s profile in the market.
Results
The outcome was an 82% offer acceptance rate, an enhanced experience for both candidates and hiring managers and an increase in diverse hires. On top of that, 28 out of the 30 roles were filled within 4 months.
The jewel in the crown? We didn’t just fulfil our initial commitment, we also managed to renew it, winning a further 6-month contract.
