Leads regional RPO strategy, operations, and client delivery. She drives business growth through innovative sales and marketing solutions and expansion initiatives, overseeing diverse teams across the business. Jo forms part of the EMEA leadership team and joined PeopleScout in 2022.

Brings 17+ years’ RPO experience. He specialises in implementation, first-gen RPO, early careers, and assessment solutions. Known for strong client partnerships, he delivers tailored recruitment strategies and designs assessment.
Nicola Sanders
Client Service & Delivery Director at PeopleScout
Leads the EMEA Specialist Division, driving growth, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. She oversees end-to-end RPO and sourcing delivery globally.
Louis Koonjean
Head of Recruitment Technology & Implementation
Is an experienced project and operations leader with 20+ years in recruitment. Louis oversees new process design, project delivery, application of new technology and manages multidisciplinary teams. His expertise spans RPO operations, driving operational excellence, technology, supplier management, compliance and large‑scale recruitment transformation.
Amanda Callen
Head of Assessment Design
Is a Chartered and HCPC registered Occupational Psychologist with 30+ years’ experience in consultancy and research. At PeopleScout, she directs thought leadership on how AI is impacting assessment and leads the team of psychologists in delivering assessment solutions that strengthen talent quality and organisational outcomes.
David Deller
Solutions and Assessment Operations Director
Has over a decade of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and operations. At PeopleScout, he leads the assessment solutions team and is responsible for our new solutions, ensuring our clients achieve future focused, cost-effective RPO solutions that meet their business needs.
